Reservation Plans of the Convention Hotel

The Loisir Hotel Toyohashi has prepared accommodation plans for JMoF participants. Please check the following information carefully and apply for your reservation directly with the hotel.

Applicable Staying Dates

Check-ins between January 4th (Thu.) and 7th (Sun.), 2024

Note: If you book your stay for three nights starting from January 5th (Fri.), you will be able to attend all the days of the convention.

Check-In/Out

Check-in starts at 15:00 / Check-out ends at 11:00

Just like any other hotel, you may only use your room from the time you check-in to the time you check-out. Please be aware of the period that you are going to stay at the JMoF convention and book accordingly.

Typical Room Types and Prices

The main reservation plans for participants are as follows. All accommodation prices below include breakfast and tax.

Note: If you want to exclude breakfast from your plan, 1,900 JPY will be deducted per person per night.

• Standard Double (1 room 1 person, 1 bed): 13,900 JPY per night
• Standard Double (1 room 2 people, 1 bed): 20,800 JPY per night (10,400 per person)
• Standard Twin (1 room 2 people, 2 beds): 20,800 JPY per night (10,400 per person)
• Superior Twin (1 room 2 people, 2 beds): 23,800 JPY per night (11,900 per person)
• Superior Triple (1 room 3 people, 3 beds): 31,200 JPY per night (10,400 per person)
• Fourth (1 room 4 people, 4 beds): 39,600 JPY per night (9,900 per person)

Note: If the number of guests changes for different days that you plan to stay at the hotel, you can make a reservation together by following this procedure: 1. Select the first plan (number of guests), 2. Click/tap the “Add a reservation” button, 3. Select the next plan (number of guests).

Note: There are only non-smoking rooms for the Standard Twin room, the Fourth room and the Japanese-style room.

Note: The hotel only accepts payments online for the room reservation fee. Credit cards that can be used are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club. Debit cards and prepaid cards of the above brands can also be used.

Note: A cancellation fee may be charged starting from 30 days prior to the stay at the convention hotel.

Start of Reservation Period

Reservations for the Loisir Hotel Toyohashi start at 20:00:00 (JST) on October 21st (Sat.), 2023.

Note: Those who are pre-registered with the “AYAKASHI” tier can make an advance reservation for a hotel room from 20:00:00 (JST) on October 7th (Sat.) until 23:59:59 (JST) on October 13th (Fri.), 2023.

How to Make a Reservation

You can reserve a room at Loisir Hotel Toyohashi via their website for room reservations. Please note that the JMoF Executive Committee doesn’t handle any reservations.

Important Notice

Note: The information necessary to access the website for room reservations will be displayed just below when the application opens at the time shown above.

How to Reserve via the Special Website

1. Access the Special website, and log in with the Account and Access key.
2. Select Check-in/out dates and the number of person(s). Search available rooms and plans, and click “Book now”.

Note: Make sure the number of room(s) is “1”.

3. Enter guest information. After confirming your reservation details, make a payment.
4. When your reservation is confirmed by the hotel, your reservation number will be displayed and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Following these steps, the reservation is completed.

Note: If the number of guests varies from day to day, you can make a reservation together with the following procedure; 1. Select the first plan (number of guests), 2. Click/tap the “Add a reservation” button, 3. Select the next plan (number of guests).

Note: Your account information for the convention hotel is separate from your registration information for JMoF, and used based on each respective Terms of Service. There is no sync between the convention hotel’s and JMoF’s account information.

Note: Please note that a room reservation for the convention hotel via telephone is not available this time.

Cancellation

If you would like to change or cancel your confirmed reservation, please see your reservation confirmation email.

Please contact Loisir Hotel Toyohashi directly for questions regarding reservation plans or any other special requests.

In case the convention hotel is full and it’s difficult to make a reservation, we will introduce nearby hotel information. For JMoF 2024, we will introduce two hotels near the west exit of Toyohashi Station. There are shuttle buses between the West side of Toyohashi station and the con venue, so you can participate in all the events at JMoF. Note that the reservation plans and methods for these overflow hotels are different from the convention hotel’s. Please read below to see how to book directly through them.

In the case of Single (1 room 1 person, includes free breakfast and tax): Around 8,000 to 12,000 JPY Note: The price fluctuates depending on the reservation plans. If you stay for two or more nights in a row, the total price is the sum of the prices of each day.

Parking Fee

1,100 JPY per night: from 14:30 to 11:00 on the next day (first-come-first-served, unable to drive out of or re-enter the parking lot during the hours without additional charges being incurred) 1,000 JPY per night: from 18:00 to 9:00 on the next day (first-come-first-served, unable to drive out of or re-enter the parking lot during the hours without additional charges being incurred) Note: If parking is overflowed, please use the other parking lots/garages close to the hotel. Please be aware that the fee differs.
