There will be changing rooms inside the JMoF 2027 venue that will require registration in advance and an extra fee.
If you want to use the facility, please read the following information carefully and proceed to sign up.
Opening Hours
- January 8 (Fri./Day 1), 2027, 11:00–22:00 (Closed until 9:30 AM the next morning)
- January 9 (Sat./Day 2), 2027, 9:30–22:00 (Closed until 9:30 AM the next morning)
- January 10th (Sun./Day 3), 2027, 9:30 - 20:00

Terms of Use
Signing Up for the Changing Rooms
- If you wish to use the Changing Rooms, you must sign up during the designated registration period and pay the Changing Room fee (5,000JPY).

- You may not allow anyone else, except for an accompanying person as described below, to use the Changing Rooms. You are also prohibited from allowing others to use your event pass or luggage tag.
Registration Period
From 9:00 PM JST on September 12, 2026 (Sat.) to 11:59 PM JST on December 27, 2026 (Sun.)
Note: Applications will close once the maximum number of applications is reached.
Changing Room registration and payment will not be available on the day of the event. Even if you plan to register for JMoF on the day of the event, please complete Changing Room registration in advance.
How to Use
- Each Changing Room access pass allows you to bring one fursuit into the Changing Rooms at a time. If you have multiple fursuits, please switch them as needed.
- Please attach the luggage tag to your belongings when using the Changing Rooms.
- For attendees who registered in advance: The Changing Room User sticker and luggage tag are included with your event pass.
- For those planning to register on-site: Please come to the Volunteer Desk in Hall A. We will provide you with the Changing Room User sticker and a luggage tag.
Note: If you lose your user sticker or luggage tag, please come to the Volunteer Desk.
- Up to one person (handler, etc.) can enter the changing room accompanying you. If you are accompanying someone, please enter in consideration of the crowding in the changing room.
- Drinking water will not be provided. Please bring your own beverage that has a lid on it.
About Luggage
- When leaving your luggage in the Changing Rooms, please attach the luggage tag in a clearly visible location and place your luggage in the designated storage area.
After changing, please do not leave your luggage on the tables.
Note: Staff may move your belongings depending on the situation.
- Regardless of its size, any luggage without a luggage tag may be moved by staff. When leaving your belongings in the Changing Rooms, please keep them inside a tagged bag or suitcase and take responsibility for their safekeeping.
- Please keep your personal belongings, especially valuables such as wallets, with you at all times.
- On the nights of January 8 (Fri./Day 1) and January 9 (Sat./Day 2), you will not be able to enter the Changing Rooms from 22:00 to 9:30 the following morning. However, you may leave your luggage inside.
Other Notes
- We will station security personnel and install surveillance cameras at the entrance of each changing room. Please follow any instructions of security guards or staff promptly.
- If any acts of harassment or other behavior that violates the Participation Terms or Changing Room Terms of Use are confirmed, appropriate action may be taken against the person responsible.
- The JMoF Executive Committee, facility staff, and security personnel are not responsible for any lost items or other issues in the Changing Rooms.
