There will be changing rooms inside the JMoF 2026 venue that will require registration in advance and an extra fee. If you want to use the facility, please read the following information carefully and proceed to sign up.

Regarding the Changing Rooms Waitlist

Note: (December 13th (Sat.), 2025, updated) The details have been updated.

• When a spot becomes available, we’ll contact waitlisted applicants from the form by email in signup order.
• The notice email will inform you that a spot is open and include instructions for paying the changing room fee.
• Once you receive the email, please follow the instructions in it and complete your payment within 3 days of the send date.

Changing Rooms Waitlist Handling Period

• If we cannot confirm your payment within 3 days of the date the email was sent, your spot will be canceled.
  • If you can’t pay within the above deadline, please reply to the notice email within that time. However, the final deadline below cannot be exceeded.
• We will send notice emails until January 2nd (Fri.), 2026. If you do not receive an email by then, we will not be able to offer you a spot in the changing room.
  • Changing room access will only be granted to those who complete payment by 23:59 on January 5th (Mon.), 2026 (JST). After that, we will not be able to offer access.

Usage Time

• January 9th (Fri./Day 1), 2026, 11:00 - 22:00 (Closed until 9:30 AM the next morning)
• January 10th (Sat./Day 2), 2026, 9:30 - 22:00 (Closed until 9:30 AM the next morning)
• January 11th (Sun./Day 3), 2026, 9:30 - 20:00

• Office Building (Main Building) 3F 301—306

Note: Office Building 3F 301 is a women-only room. The others are unisex.

Note: The 3rd floor of the accommodation building and office building are not connected. To access the 3rd floor of the office building, use the elevators or stairs at the hotel lobby (around the reception desk).

Terms of Use

Signing Up for the Changing Rooms

• If you want to use the changing rooms, you have to sign up and pay the fee (4,500 JPY) for it during the period separately specified by us.

Note: The refund amount will vary depending on the date of the cancellation. For details, please see the “Policies for Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds” page.

• You cannot let others (except for a handler described below) use the changing rooms. Also, letting others use your con-badge or luggage tags is prohibited.

Signing Up Period

After 21:00 on October 11th (Sat.), 2025 - November 3rd (Mon.), 2025

How to Use

• Attach the changing room user sticker to the back of your con-badge.
  • For the pre-registered attendees: The user sticker and luggage tag are enclosed in your con badge package.
  • For those planning to register on-site: Come to the Volunteer Desk in the Hall Lobby, and we will hand you the user sticker and the luggage tag there.

Note: If you lost your user sticker or luggage tag, please come to the Volunteer Desk.

• Up to one person (handler, etc.) can enter the changing room accompanying you. If you are accompanying someone, please enter in consideration of the crowding in the changing room.
• Drinking water will not be provided. Please bring your own beverage that has a lid on it.

About Luggage

• When leaving luggage inside the changing rooms, please attach the luggage tags in an easily-spottable location.
• No matter the size of the luggage, any luggage that does not have a tag attached could be moved by staff. When you leave your luggage in the changing rooms, please put all your belongings which you want to leave in your tagged bag or suitcase.
• Please keep your personal belongings, especially wallets, etc., with you at all times.
• The nights of January 9th (Fri./Day 1) and January 10th (Sat./Day 2) (22:00 – 9:30), you will not be able to enter the changing rooms, though you will be able to keep luggage inside.

Other Notes

• We will station security personnel and install surveillance cameras at the entrance of each changing room. Please follow any instructions of security guards or staff promptly.
• If any acts such as harassment or any behavior that violates the participation or changing room rules are observed, appropriate measures may be taken.
• JMoF Executive Committee and the convention hotel are not responsible for any lost items or trouble in the changing rooms.
