Welcome to JMoF! The Welcome Lounge is the place to relax after a long journey and casually socialize with attendees all over the world.
Nervous about interacting with strangers? Don’t worry. We’ve prepared plenty of activities to spark conversations and can’t wait for you to join us!
Event Outline
The Welcome Lounge is a permanent socializing place for attendees that opens before the opening ceremony and all other events. Casual activities will be held throughout the lounge to help spark conversations. Find new friends through all kinds of fun activities!
Note: The participation in the activities in the lounge is optional, not mandatory.

Photography Guidelines
You are allowed to take photos and videos as well as live-stream in the Welcome Lounge.
Note: When posting photos or videos on social media or live streaming, please be considerate of others who may be captured in the images or recordings. Also, please be aware that participants may unintentionally appear in photos, videos or live streams.
About Bringing in Food And Drinks
You are welcome to bring snacks into the lounge. We encourage you to bring your favorite local sweets and souvenirs to share with others.
Requests
- Please avoid bringing food and drinks with strong smells or alcoholic beverages.
- If necessary, please share information about the food and drinks you brought with others.
- If you have food allergies or are under 20, please check food and drinks carefully before consuming.
We will also provide snacks and soft drinks, so feel free to come empty-handed and enjoy.
- Whenever possible, please consume the snacks and drinks inside the lounge.
- If you want to take food or drinks outside the lounge, please carry them in a container to keep the venue clean. Enjoy them in your room or other designated eating and drinking areas.
- Staff will collect any remaining snacks and drinks after the event. Please note that these items will not be treated as lost or found.
Notice
- Please refrain from excessive physical contact with other attendees and from speaking so loudly that it disrupts others’ interactions.
- We do not have a cloakroom inside the lounge. Please keep your belongings with you and make sure to take them all when you leave.
- Please be mindful of fursuiters in the lounge while eating or drinking.
- For fursuiters, please also be mindful of those eating and drinking in the lounge.
