Purchase Period (UTC+9/JST Timezone)

  • Pre-Registration: From September 12th (Sat.), 2026, 21:00 to November 8th (Sun.), 2026, 23:59. For more information, please see the “Registration” page.
  • On-Site Registration: Please see the “Registration” page.
  • Dead Dog Party Registration: From September 12th (Sat.), 2026, 21:00 to November 8th (Sun.), 2026, 23:59. However, when capacity for the Dead Dog Party is reached, registration will close. For more information, please see the “Dead Dog Party” page.
  • Official Goods: Please see the “Official Goods” page.

Payment Method

Pre-Registration, On-Site Registration (Paid in Advance), and Dead Dog Party Registration

When paying for registration, only credit cards will be accepted. Wire transfers will not be able to be used as a payment method.

After entering all necessary information and submitting the payment form, a confirmation email will be sent to you once payment has been received and processed.

Note: If 1 day has passed after payment and no confirmation email has been received, please contact us so we may assist you.

On-Site Registration (Paid On-Site), Official Goods Booth

Cash, Credit Cards, Electronic Money (which includes Prepaid IC Cards like PASMO and Suica) are able to be used.

Credit Card Payments

Credit cards that are able to be used are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover cards. You will also be able to use debit cards and prepaid cards from the above brands.

Examples of prepaid cards that are able to be used will be introduced below.

  • V-Preca (Application: Possible for those 18 years of age or older)
  • WebMoneyCard (Application: Those under 20 may apply if they have parental permission)

Note: Please see the “Credit Card Transactions” section of the “Privacy Policy” page for details on how a user’s credit card information is handled.

Electronic Money Payments

The electronic money payments that are able to be used are QUICPay, iD, and Apple Pay. Prepaid IC cards that are able to be used are Suica, PASMO, Kitaca, TOICA, manaca, ICOCA, SUGOCA, nimoca, and Hayakaken.

Note: PayPay and PiTaPa cannot be used.

Editing Registration

Modifying the Registration Information

For the “MEMBER”, “SPONSOR”, “SUPERSPONSOR” Tiers, and for On-Site Registration (Paid in Advance)

  • You are able to make changes until November 8th (Sun.), 2026, 23:59 JST. From November 9th (Mon.), 2026, onwards, you will not be able to do any modifications, so please take note.
  • For upgrading or downgrading your participation tier, please use the registration system (ConCat).

During the procedure, you will either pay the price difference between tiers or receive a refund. The payment will take place through Stripe, Inc.’s payment processing services, via credit card.

Note: You may change your participation tiers only if there are remaining slots.

For the “CAPTAIN” Tier and for On-Site Registration (Paid On-Site)

Please note that you cannot make any changes to your participation registration.

The refund will take place through Stripe, Inc.’s payment processing services, via credit card.

Delivery of Registration Items Including Con-Badge (for Those Who Live in Japan)

  • Packing and Shipping Provider: OPENLOGI Inc.

Your registration items, including your con-badge, will be sent to your registered address by December 10th (Thu.), 2026. When they arrive, please keep them in a safe place and do not forget to bring them to the venue on the days of the convention.

  • Delivery is expected to be completed by December 15th (Tue.), 2026. Please note that the actual delivery date may vary depending on the destination area.
  • If any registration items are missing (such as lacking some participation perks), please contact us by December 20th (Sun.), 2026. We will be able to pass you the correct items on the days of the convention.
  • If you haven’t received your con-badge by December 15th (Tue.), 2026, please make sure to contact us by December 20th (Sun.), 2026.

Note: If you do not contact us by the above date, we cannot re-issue your con-badge with your name printed on it.

Exchanges

If there are problems with the items you receive, such as a printing error or damage to your con-badge, please contact us by December 20th (Sun.), 2026. We can replace it when you bring it to the JMoF registration desk on the days of the convention.

Cancellations

Participation Fee

For the “MEMBER”, “SPONSOR” and “SUPERSPONSOR” Tiers, and for On-Site Registration (Paid in Advance)

If you cancel your registration, we will refund you a percentage based on the date that you canceled, minus any transaction fees. Please contact us through the “Contact”.

  • Cancellations made by November 16th (Mon.), 2026: 100% Refund
  • Cancellations made from November 17th (Tue.), 2026 through November 23rd (Mon.), 2026: 60% Refund
  • Cancellations made on or after November 24th (Tue.), 2026: No Refund

The refund will take place through Stripe, Inc.’s payment processing services, via credit card.

Note: Even in the event that your participation privilege is revoked or refused due to reasons outlined in our terms of participation, refunds will be handled according to the terms of participation. For details, please see the “Terms of Participation” page.

For the “CAPTAIN” Tier

You will be unable to cancel your registration. Please also note that we will not be able to accept any requests for refunding your participation fee.

For On-Site Registration (Paid On-Site)

Participation fees are excluded from the refund.

Dead Dog Party Participation Fee

For cancelling your Dead Dog Party registration, please use the registration system (ConCat).

  • Cancellations made by November 16th (Mon.), 2026: 100% Refund
  • Cancellations made from November 17th (Tue.), 2026 through November 23rd (Mon.), 2026: 60% Refund
  • Cancellations made on or after November 24th (Tue.), 2026: No Refund

Other Information

Loaning/Transferring

Participation registration (including the con-badge and other materials) and Dead Dog Party registration are valid only for the person who registered. Please note that the rights to participate in/use the above cannot be lent or transferred.

In Case of JMoF Cancellation

If a natural disaster, epidemic, or other force of nature cause an unavoidable problem to the operation, JMoF may be canceled before or during the days of the convention.

In the event of JMoF cancellation, we will refund the remainder of the participation fee and Dead Dog Party participation fee after deducting related costs. Please note that it may take time to process the above refunds.
