Before Sending an Inquiry
Particularly, if you have any inquiries regarding the details of your pre-registration or your application for the Changing Room or Dealer’s Room, we kindly ask you to review the confirmation email from JMoF first. If the email contains instructions on how to modify your registration or application details, please follow those guidelines accordingly.
If you are using an email address provided by a free mail client (such as Gmail, Yahoo!, etc.,) or one provided by your mobile carrier, please add “jmof.jp” to your filter settings so that our replies don’t get tossed in the spam folder.
We usually reply to messages a week after they have been received. If you haven’t received a reply from us a week after sending your message, and you have checked your spam folder, then please make sure you have added “jmof.jp” to your filter settings and send us your message one more time.
