Room reservations are optional and separate from the registration for JMoF. When you book a room at a hotel, please make your reservation directly with the hotel by following the procedure shown below.

Official Hotel

JMoF 2027's official hotel will be Toyoko Inn Chubu International Airport No.2. It is about 700 m away from the convention site, Aichi Sky Expo (Aichi International Exhibition Center).

Access & Parking

A 9-minute walk from Central Japan International Airport Station on the Meitetsu Tokoname Line or Airport Line.

A 9-minute walk from Central Japan International Airport Access Plaza.

Vehicle size limits: 1.8 m (width), 5 m (length), 2.1 m (height), 2.5 t (weight)

Parking fee: JPY 100 per 30 minutes, up to JPY 1,000 per 24 hours. The maximum fee applies to each 24-hour period.

Special offer: JPY 1,000 for up to 240 hours (Only for Toyoko Inn Club Card members who book through the official website.)

The special offer above is also available if you become a Toyoko Inn Club Card member on the day of check-in.

Parking is available for up to 1,000 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces cannot be reserved, but you may re-enter the parking garage during your stay.

Reservation Plans of the Official Hotel

Toyoko Inn Chubu International Airport No.2 has prepared accommodation plans for JMoF participants. Please check the following information carefully and apply for your reservation directly through the hotel’s website.

January 7 (Thu.) through January 10 (Sun.), 2027 (final check-out: January 11 (Mon.))

Check-In/Out

Check-in starts at 15:00 / Check-out ends at 10:00

Just like any other hotel, you may only use your room from the time you check-in to the time you check-out. Please take into account the period you plan to spend at the JMoF convention when you book your stay.

The main reservation plans for participants are as follows. All accommodation prices below include breakfast and tax and are per room, per night.

When you reserve a room with a capacity of two, the price per room is the same even if only one person stays in the room.

Payment and Cancellations

Note｜A 100% cancellation fee will be charged starting from 12:00 on the day of your stay at the official hotel.

Reservation Period

Reservations for Toyoko Inn Chubu International Airport No.2 will be accepted from 00:00 (JST) on Sep. 27 (Sun.) through 23:59 (JST) on Sep. 29 (Tue.), 2026.

Note: Those who are pre-registered with the “CAPTAIN” tier can make an advance reservation by phone between 12:00 and 18:00 (JST) on Sep. 23 (Wed.) or Sep. 24 (Thu.), 2026. Prices for advance reservations differ from those listed above.

How to Make a Reservation

You can reserve a room at Toyoko Inn Chubu International Airport No.2 via its room reservation website. Please note that the JMoF Executive Committee doesn’t handle any reservations.

1. Create an Account (Skip to Step 2 if You Already Have One)

Creating an account before reservations open will make the booking process smoother.

2. Log In to Your Account

Log in to search for available rooms.

3. Go to the Hotel’s Official Website

4. Search for a Room

Select your dates, number of guests, number of rooms, and smoking/non-smoking preference, then search for available rooms.

Note: Make sure the number of rooms is set to “1”.

Select the “JMoF Attendee Special Package (Advance Payment Only)”.

5. Enter Guest Information, Review Your Reservation, and Pay

Enter the guest information and complete payment to finalize your reservation.

6. Confirm Your Reservation

You can find your reservation number under “Reservation Details” on My Page on the official website. You will also receive a reservation confirmation by email.

Note: Your account information for the official hotel and your registration information for JMoF are managed separately under thier respective Terms of Service. The information is not synchronized between the two services.

Note: Please note that a reservation for the “JMoF Attendee Special Package (Advance Payment Only)” via telephone is not available this time.
