Welcome to JMoF! The Welcome Lounge is a place where you can casually socialize with other attendees from all over the world while you relax after your long journey.
Chat with friends, meet new people, or use it as a place to stay while waiting for check-in and registration to begin.
Worried about interacting with strangers? Don’t worry. We’ve prepared plenty of activities to spark conversations and are waiting for you to join us!
Event Outline
The Welcome Lounge is a socializing place for attendees that takes place before the opening ceremony and all other events. It aims to foster interactions among attendees through various small activities, creating a welcoming environment where everyone can relax and engage in conversations.
Note: The participation in the activities in the lounge is optional, not mandatory.

About Bringing in Food And Drink
You are welcome to bring snacks into the lounge. We encourage you to bring your favorite local sweets and souvenirs to share with others.
Requests
- Please avoid bringing food and drinks with strong smells or alcoholic beverages.
- If needed, please share information about the food and drinks you brought with others.
- If you have food allergies or are under 20, please check food and drinks carefully before consuming.
We will also provide snacks and soft drinks, so feel free to come empty-handed and enjoy.

Photography Guidelines
You are allowed to take photos and videos as well as live stream in the Welcome Lounge.
Note: When posting photos or videos on social media or live streaming, please be considerate of others who may be captured in the images or recordings. Also, please be aware that participants may unintentionally appear in photos, videos or live streams.
Notice
Refrain from fursuiting on the 1st and 2nd floor before 11:00 on January 9th (Fri./Day 1), 2026.

- Please refrain from excessive physical contact with other participants and from speaking loudly that disrupts others’ interactions.
- We do not have a cloakroom inside the lounge. Please take care of your own belongings, and please be sure to take your belongings with you when you leave the lounge.
- Please consume the snacks and drinks inside the lounge. Do not take them outside and consume them in other areas of the venue.
- If you would like to take food or drinks outside the lounge, please carry them in a container to keep the venue clean. Enjoy them in your room or other designated areas where eating and drinking are permitted.
- Staff will collect any remaining snacks and drinks after the event. Please note that these items will not be treated as lost or found.
- When eating or drinking, please be mindful of fursuiters in the lounge.
- Fursuiters, please also be mindful of those eating and drinking in the lounge.
