As a pre-event celebration for JMoF 2026, we will host a standing reception for participants and staff.

We plan to host an event where participants can enjoy light refreshments and mingle. Come join us for a round of food, drinks, chatting and fun!

How to Register for the Party

If you wish to attend, make sure to pay the entrance fee in the registration system. When you come to get your badge (or, for those who live in Japan, when your badge is sent to you), you will also be given the invitation necessary for entry!

  • Participants in the “SPONSOR,” “SUPERSPONSOR,” or “NIGHT FOX” tiers may begin registering for the party from October 12th (Sun.), 2025, at 21:00 JST or after.
  • If there are remaining spots for party registration as of October 26th (Sun.), 2025, at 21:00 JST, those with the “Member” participation tier will also be able to register to participate.

Note: Registration for the party will be closed as soon as the number of participants reaches the limit, even if the pre-registration for JMoF 2026 is still ongoing.

When entering the party venue, please show your invitation and your JMoF con badge. Staff may ask you to present a valid government-issued photo ID for age verification as needed. For the list of acceptable IDs, see “Regarding Valid Photo ID”.

Invitation checks are planned to begin at 18:00.

Food and beverage service is scheduled to end at 20:30.

About Participation

  • Capacity: 250 participants
  • Eligibility: Those who have pre-registered for JMoF 2026
  • Price: 4,500 JPY

Note: The refund amount varies depending on the date of the cancellation. For details, please refer to the “Policies for Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds” page.

  • How to Participate: An invitation, an official JMoF con badge, and valid photo ID as listed in the section “Regarding Valid Photo ID” are required.

Note: For international attendees participating in the Wolf Moon Party, participation materials will be distribute at the JMoF reception desk starting at around 18:00 on the day of the event. Please present a government-issued photo ID (such as a passport) to receive your materials.

Participation while wearing a fursuit is not permitted.

Regarding the Provision of Beverages

  • Alcoholic beverages will be served only to individuals aged 20 or older on the day of the event. Please bring one of the following forms of identification required for age verification.

At the Wolf Moon Party, wearing a wristband to distinguish between adults and minors is mandatory. When receiving alcoholic beverages from hotel staff, please present your wristband to indicate you are of legal drinking age.

Regarding Valid Photo ID

If you have any questions about the validity of your ID, please contact us at least one week in advance. If you bring it the day of without contacting us, we might refuse your participation because we cannot determine the validity of your ID.
