About Registration
JMoF 2027 will conduct registrations as follows:
- There are two types of registration: pre-registration and on-site registration. For an overview of the process, please see “Registration Process”.
- Participants who wish to stay overnight are requested to make their own room reservations. For details, please see the “Room Reservation” page. Please note that the JMoF Executive Committee doesn’t handle any reservations.
Note: Room reservations for the convention hotel are scheduled to begin on Sep. 27th (Sun.), 2026, at 00:00 (JST). (Those who pre-registered with the CAPTAIN participation tier will be informed of their priority reservation separately.)
- Use of the changing rooms in the venue, exhibiting in the Dealer’s Den, and participation in the Dead Dog Party each require a prior application and an additional fee. For details, please refer to “Facilities and Programs Linked to Registration”.
- Registration will be handled through the registration system “ConCat”. Please create your own ConCat account and follow the instructions to complete the registration process.
Note: For details on the respective procedures for pre-registration and on-site registration, as well as other detailed instructions on how to use ConCat, please refer to the “JMoF ConCat Manual”, which will be published at a later date.

- Start: Sep. 12 (Sat.), 2026, 21:00.
- End: Nov. 8 (Sun.), 2026, 23:59.
If registering under the “CAPTAIN” participation tier
- CAPTAIN registration is limited to the first 100 participants on a first-come, first-served basis from the start of pre-registration. Registration for CAPTAIN will close once all available slots have been filled.
- The benefit of priority reservation rights for the official hotel applies if you register under the CAPTAIN participation tier from 21:00 on Sep. 12 (Sat.), 2026, through 23:59 on Sep. 18 (Fri.), 2026.

Participation of Minors/Children
Minors (under 18 years old) are welcome to participate in JMoF. However, in addition to the JMoF Terms of Participation, you must abide by all laws and regulations that apply to youth (under 18) and minors. In particular, please pay attention to the following:
- Please get permission from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to attend JMoF.
- When registering for JMoF, please provide your parent or guardian’s emergency contact information (phone number).
- When attending JMoF, please ensure that you carry documentation or other information that enables confirmation of your parent or guardian’s emergency contact details.
- Children aged 12 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend. The accompanying parent or guardian must complete the convention registration for both the child and the parent or guardian.
Note: Attendees of minors/children will receive their con-badge at the JMoF registration desk on the days of the convention. For details, please refer to “About Picking Up Your Con-Badge and Other Materials”.
Registration Process
Select a Participation Tier
Select your preferred participation tier from the options under either the regular participation tiers or the participation tiers with perks.
Pay the Participation Fee
Pay the participation fee for the tier you selected. Your registration will be confirmed once the payment is complete.
[Optional] Complete Additional Registrations and Payments
If necessary, register for facilities and events associated with your registration. You may also need to pay additional fees.
Receive Your Con-Badge and Other Materials
Receive your con-badge and other materials using the designated method. How you receive them depends on your registration type, age, and place of residence.

About Perks
- For the JMoF 2027 Official T-Shirt, you may choose one size from S / M / L / XL / XXL / XXXL.
- The name listed in the Credit Roll/Conbook will be based on the information provided in your pre-registration as of Nov. 8 (Sun.), 2026.
- Note: In principle, the above perks cannot be applied to anyone other than the applicant.
- Depending on the timing of your registration (especially in the case of on-site registration), some perks may not be available. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
About CAPTAIN
We have set up the “CAPTAIN” participation tier for this year’s convention, for those who have the means to strongly support our beloved JMoF 2027.
- CAPTAIN registration is limited to the first 100 participants on a first-come, first-served basis from the start of pre-registration. Registration for CAPTAIN will close once all available slots have been filled.
- The benefit of priority reservation rights for the official hotel applies if you register under the CAPTAIN participation tier from 21:00 on Sep. 12 (Sat.), 2026, through 23:59 on Sep. 18 (Fri.), 2026.
- Priority reservation rights for the official hotel are valid for one room only (instructions for priority reservations will be provided by email).
- Priority hotel reservations will be accepted on Sep. 23 (Wed.), 2026 and Sep. 24 (Thu.), 2026, from 12:00 to 18:00 (JST) on each day. Reservations must be made by phone.
- Please note that if you register under the CAPTAIN participation tier on or after Sep. 19 (Sat.), 2026, the perk of priority reservation rights for the official hotel will not be included.
- Please note that once you have registered under the CAPTAIN participation tier, your registration cannot be changed or canceled.
Flight of Dreams Special Program
On the evening of Jan. 8 (Fri./Day 1), 2027, a photo session will be held at Flight Park in Flight of Dreams at Chubu Centrair International Airport to celebrate JMoF 2027. Flight Park will be reserved exclusively for the event.
- As an exclusive CAPTAIN perk, participation in the Flight of Dreams Special Program is included.
- Each CAPTAIN may bring one non-CAPTAIN participant with them.
- Two changing spaces will be available at the venue: one shared space and one women-only space.

Facilities and Events Linked to Registration
Changing Room
At JMoF 2027, changing rooms requiring advance application and an additional fee will be available at the venue. To use the changing rooms, registration, changing room registration, and payment of the changing room usage fee are required.
Those who wish to use this service should apply after completing their registration on ConCat (this also applies to those planning to register on-site).
During the application period, only participants who have completed pre-registration may apply. If spaces remain after the period ends, participants who have completed on-site registration may also be able to apply.

Dealer’s Den
The Dealer’s Den will be open on Jan. 9 (Sat./Day 2), 2027. To exhibit a booth at the Dealer’s Den, pre-registration, Dealer’s Den exhibitor registration, and payment of the Dealer’s Den exhibition fee are required.
Those who wish to exhibit should apply after completing their pre-registration on ConCat.
During the application period, only participants who have completed pre-registration may apply. Participants who register on-site cannot exhibit.

Flight of Dreams Special Program
On the evening of Jan. 8 (Fri./Day 1), 2027, a photo session will be held at Flight Park in Flight of Dreams at Chubu Centrair International Airport to celebrate JMoF 2027. Flight Park will be reserved exclusively for the event.

Dead Dog Party
On the night of Jan. 10 (Sun./Day 3), 2027, a standing reception for staff and attendees will be held after the closing ceremony. To attend the Dead Dog Party, you must complete registration, register for the Dead Dog Party, and pay the Dead Dog Party participation fee.
Those who wish to attend should apply after completing their registration on ConCat.
During the application period, only participants who have completed pre-registration may apply. If spaces remain after the period ends, participants who have completed on-site registration may also be able to apply.
Note: The Dead Dog Party includes alcoholic beverages, so attendees under the age of 20 are not permitted to attend. Please be advised.
Note: The procedures and refund amounts for changing or canceling registrations for usage rights, dealer participation, and other ticket purchases vary depending on the registration tier and the date on which the procedure is made. For details, please refer to “Policies for Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds”.
Payment Method
We only accept credit card payments for the participation fee. Please note that we do not accept payment by bank transfer.
Note: If you do not receive any payment confirmation email within one day after submitting your payment, please send us a message through the “Contact” page.
Accepted Credit Card and Electronic Payment Brands
Accepted Credit Cards
The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Debit cards and prepaid cards of the above brands are also accepted.
Here are some examples of prepaid cards that can be used:
- V-Preca (application: available to those aged 18 or older)
- WebMoney Card (Japanese) (application: available to those under 20 with parental or guardian consent)
After entering and submitting the required information, your payment will be completed automatically if there are no issues with your card information. Once your payment of the participation fee has been confirmed, a payment confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

Accepted Electronic Money Payment Methods
The following electronic payment methods are accepted: QUICPay, iD, and Apple Pay. Transit IC cards (Suica, PASMO, Kitaca, TOICA, manaca, ICOCA, SUGOCA, nimoca, and Hayakaken) are also accepted.
Note: PayPay and PiTaPa cannot be used.
About Receiving Your Con-Badge and Other Materials
Attendees Living in Japan
By Nov. 8 (Sun.), 2026, we will mail your con-badge and other materials to the address you provided during registration. Please keep them in a safe place and be sure to bring them with you to the venue on the day of the convention.
- Delivery is expected to be completed by Dec. 13 (Sun.), 2026. Please note that the actual delivery date may vary depending on the destination area.
- If your con-badge package is incomplete (for example, if a participation perk is missing), please contact us through the Contact page by Dec. 20 (Sun.), 2026. The missing item will be provided at the JMoF registration desk during the convention.
- If you do not receive your con-badge and other materials by Dec. 13 (Sun.), 2026, please make sure to Contact by Dec. 20 (Sun.), 2026.
Note: If we do not hear from you by the deadline, we will be unable to reissue a con-badge with your personalized name printed on it.
Note: The con-badge package also includes benefits such as a T-shirt.
Attendees living overseas
Attendees will receive their con-badge at the JMoF registration desk in the Hall A on the days of the convention. Please bring and present your government-issued photo ID (e.g., a passport) to pick up your con-badge and other materials.
The con-badge and other materials pickup period will be published at a later date.
